ZwischenRäume – Canvas for home
The photo exhibition “ZwischenRäume – Leinwand für Heimat” by Steffen Hampe at the Gelsenkirchen Justice Center as part of Szeniale 2024 interpreted the theme of in-between spaces.
The exhibition invited visitors to see Gelsenkirchen from a new perspective and to consciously perceive transitions, contrasts and connections. These elements characterize the city and make the dynamic between past and present visible. Steffen Hampe, known for his gallery emscherstrand, dedicates his photographs to the multifaceted urban landscape of Gelsenkirchen.
